Introducing the Team
Fran Allen Smitherman
Fran Allen Smitherman has ALWAYS loved photo albums, and she has been a Creative Memories Advisor since 2002. She is a founding member of Creative Life Scrapbooking and she is blessed to have this opportunity to stretch herself to create pages that do more than “get it done.” She is passionate about saving memories and having fun while doing it, and she works hard to fit live and virtual traditional and digital scrapbooking events in with her family, her career and her many other hobbies. To Fran, life is beautiful and it is worth celebrating, and having a safe way to preserve your photos and to tell your stories is one of Fran’s biggest focuses in life. She loves to help others all over the country do the same and is honored to be a part of the CLS creative team. You can follow Fran on Facebook, on Instagram and on her blog
Karyn McDermaid-Rolfe has been a Creative Memories advisor in central Illinois since 2001 and is a founding member of Creative Life Scrapbooking. She has also been published in Creative Scrapbooker Magazine, was a member of the Creative Memories Consultant Design Team in 2005 and a CM blog contributor in 2016-2017. She loves to create pretty pages and find unique uses for Creative Memories tools and materials. In addition to scrapbooking, Karyn loves playing with her grandchildren and gardening. Along with her husband, she also enjoys hiking in the mountains, boating on the lake and searching for interesting antiques to collect and sell. You can follow Karyn on her blog and/or on Facebook.
Noreen Smith lives in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada with her husband Shane and two sons - Grayson and Sam. She has been a memory-keeper all her life – a passion that was instilled by her dad who created her baby and school memory books - and has been a Creative Memories Advisor since 2002. She loves sharing ideas & inspiration and teaching people fast, easy and fun ways to preserve their memories. Besides her work with CLS, she is happy to contribute to the CM blog as well as speak and provide training at National and International CM events.
She also works extensively with one of the two North American Scrapbooking magazines still in print – Creative Scrapbooker Magazine – to develop content such as articles, videos and blog posts. A few years ago, she moved her own CM business online and began writing and publishing instructional guides and teaching online courses.
She feels very lucky that her life experiences have brought her to this place and time - being able to do what she loves; inspiring and teaching scrapbookers throughout the world!

Diana is a busy mom to 3 grown daughters, a grandmother to 14 and a great-grandmother to a set of adorable twin girls and 4 super cute little boys. She is an avid photographer with plenty of subjects to photograph and has been preserving her photos in traditional and digital scrapbook albums since she joined Creative Memories as a consultant in 1994. She has also hosted quite a few Creative Memories events both in and out of her home over the years and especially enjoys sharing project ideas with others. Diana is a former blog author and content contributor for Creative Memories and has also been published in Creative Scrapbooker Magazine. Diana's scrapbooking style is more on the simple side, especially when working on personal albums. Because she has a lot of photos to scrapbook she prefers multi-photo 2-page layouts and to "cluster" photos to make better use of that 12 x 12 space. She then builds her layout around those photos. She currently blogs at D. Brinsley’s Memory Keeping Blog and although she has put her photography business on hold, you’ll also find her at www.dianalbrinsleyphotography.zenfolio.com

Lisa Graham lives in Westland, Michigan with her husband Rich and 2 sons, Richie and James. In 2001, Lisa became a CM Consultant after falling in love with their product line at her first Home Class. She was especially drawn to the time saving products & tools as well as CM’s simple approach to scrapbooking. She also loved the idea of helping others preserve their memories. 20+ years later, Lisa is still passionate about memory keeping and proud to be a founding member of Creative Life Scrapbooking. Lisa has expanded her offerings to include Forever, Kiwi Lane, and Sunflower Studio - a place where people come together to create works of heart.
